Mandatory 10DLC Registration is leading to many customers SMS messages not sending

As communicated via email, the deadline for 10DLC registration was 8/31, after which, unregistered A2P 10DLC numbers have been blocked. If you are seeing unsent messages, especially with error code 30034, this may be the cause. You can check the 10DLC status for your SMS numbers in your Twilio console here:
