Monitoring

We've fixed the root cause and are now processing the backlog of data. It should return to realtime within the next 30 minutes. No data was lost, and only server side integrations and warehouses were affected.

Investigating

We've discovered an issue in one of our kafka clusters which is causing widespread integration delays. We're in the process of rapairing the cluster, currently messages are being queued, and will be delivered once we have recovered.
