We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance of our GDPR deletion service database from 4-6 PM PDT on Friday, January 24, 2020. During this time window, the service will be unavailable to accept new deletion, suppression, list and status requests. This applies to both requests submitted via the Segment App and programmatically using the Config API.

Before and during the maintenance, an in-app banner will let users know that this maintenance is in progress.

Existing deletion requests will not be affected. Furthermore, data ingestion, processing and delivery will not be affected or delayed.
