Safari analytics.js data deliverability outage for Device Mode Action destinations

Users loading Analytics.js 2.0 in Safari and using Device Mode Action destinations did not deliver data to those destinations between 1/5/2023 6:14AM PST and 1/6/2023 10:36AM PST. Since this occurred in Device Mode, we unfortunately cannot replay the data to the affected device mode destinations.

There was no impact to customers' websites and no impact to data sent in Cloud Mode.
