We will be updating SSL certificate for the following domains on 27th Jan 2022 between 6 AM PST to 7 AM PST:-
1. segment.com
2. segment.io
3. customer-dashboard.segment.com
4. gateway-api.segment.com
5. salesforce-service
There is no downtime expected on any of the domains or subdomains. Renewing or replacing a certificate does not affect requests that were already received by the domain (i.e requests in-flight). After a certificate is replaced, new requests will use the new certificate. There is no change in the existing TLS ciphers, protocols or security policy for these domains.
We will keep monitoring these domains by doing SSL tests during this period.
