SendGrid's mail pipeline has dequeued so missing event data for our SendGrid source has been restored.

Update
SendGrid's marketing APIs are now operational so the sync component of our source works again. However, SendGrid is still backfilling its webhooks so the streaming component is not yet up-to-date with event data.

SendGrid's webhooks are also delayed so the event data synced by the streaming component of our SendGrid source is delayed as well.

SendGrid's marketing V3 APIs are currently unavailable so the sync component (lists, segments, recipients, and campaigns) of our SendGrid source is failing.
