Resolved

An instability in one of our backend systems between 1:04 and 1:26 PM PST lead to some customers experiencing issues in pages in the Segment app that listed Sources, or objects connected to them, like Destinations. The instability has been resolved, and we have confirmed there was no data loss or further impact.
